Gladfellow Crowns are our way of rewarding loyal customers. You’ll earn 1 Crown for every $1 spent plus extra Crowns for actions like creating an account or following us on social media.

Crowns are earned on the product subtotal only. Taxes, shipping fees, and discounts do not count toward Crown earnings.

You can redeem Crowns for gift cards on future purchases:

• 600 Crowns = $10 Gift Card
• 1,000 Crowns = $25 Gift Card
• 1,500 Crowns = $50 Gift Card
• 2,200 Crowns = $100 Gift Card
• 3,000 Crowns = $150 Gift Card 
• 6,000 Crowns = $350 Gift Card
• 10,000 Crowns = $750 Gift Card 

In the future, we may also open up redemptions for exclusive products, limited-edition releases, or special member experiences. If new reward tiers become available, you’ll see them first in the Loyalty Hub.

Yes. Since Crown rewards are issued as Gladfellow gift cards, they can be used just like any other gift card at checkout. This means you may apply them alongside promotions or discount codes — though we rarely offer additional promos, your earned rewards will always be honored.

No. Crowns are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Yes. Crown rewards are issued as Gladfellow gift cards, which means any unused balance will remain available for future purchases until the full amount is redeemed.

If you return a purchase, any Crowns earned from that purchase will be removed from your balance. If those Crowns were already redeemed for a gift card, we may reduce your refund by the equivalent value of the reward. This helps keep the program fair for everyone.

No. Crowns are not for sale and hold no cash value. They are our way of giving back to loyal customers and can only be earned through purchases or select activities.

If you return an item purchased with a Crown reward, the refunded amount will go back onto the same gift card. Your Crown rewards remain yours until the full balance is used — nothing is lost.

No. Crowns never expire, and your rewards will remain available for you to redeem at any time.

Please note, however, that the Gladfellow Rewards Program is subject to change and may be discontinued at our discretion. In that event, we’ll notify members in advance so you have the opportunity to redeem any remaining rewards.

Yes — the program may be updated or retired at any time. If the program is ever retired, we’ll provide reasonable notice so you can redeem any remaining Crowns for rewards before it closes.

Gladfellow also reserves the right to adjust or deduct Crowns, cancel rewards, or suspend accounts if we determine (in our sole discretion) that Crowns were earned through error, fraud, abuse, or in violation of our terms of service.
