It is not often that the founder of a company calls you on a customer service issue, but I received that phone call this week to help with a shipping issue! It was resolved immediately and was such an unexpected pleasure to chat about why I was ordering the gift, and what was the genesis of Gladfellow: a grandfatherly memento! It touched me, and I will always return here for heartfelt, authentic gifts from a company led by a true star.
