By entering the Gladfellow “Guess & Win” Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you agree to be bound by these Official Rules:

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, representatives, or agents of Gladfellow and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on April 3, 2025 at 12:30PM (PST) and ends on April 23rd, 2025 at 11:59PM (PST). Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

The winner will be announced on Instagram on May 1, 2025 at 12:00 PM (PST).

4. How to Enter

To enter, during the Giveaway period:

• Comment your guess on what announcement we are going to make.
• Tag three (3) friends in your comment.
• Must follow @gladfellow, @artofplay, and @zerofeud.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries may be disqualified. No purchase, payment, or subscription is necessary to enter.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

At the end of the Giveaway period, Gladfellow LLC will review all entries. From all eligible entries that correctly guessed the upcoming announcement and completed all required steps, one (1) winner will be selected at random.

The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within 3 business days of the Giveaway’s end. If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be chosen.

6. Prize

7. Verification & Age Confirmation

Winner must provide valid proof of age (18+) prior to receiving the prize. Gladfellow reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who cannot verify eligibility or who violates any of these rules.

8. Shipping & Delivery

The prize will be shipped to a valid U.S. address provided by the winner. Gladfellow LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

9. General Conditions

Gladfellow LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time for any reason. Entries that do not comply with the rules or attempt to tamper with the process will be disqualified.
